Is your shirt, sunglasses or phone missing? Here's how you get reunited with your lost belongings:

Have you lost something on the festival grounds? If the lost item has been handed in as lost property, then we will do everything we can to take good care of it. Here you can see our procedures for handling lost property:

DURRING NORTHSIDE

Durring NorthSide, all lost property is handed over to the Information booth located at entrance 2.

During the festival, you can also pick up your forgotten items there. The information booth’s opening hours follow those of the festival site.

AFTER NORTHSIDE:

From Sunday June 4 to Friday June 9, lost property can be collected at FGU Aarhus.

Sunday 4 June: 12-4pm
Monday 5 June: 9am-3pm
Tuesday 6 June: 9am-3pm
Wednesday 7 June: 9am-3pm
Thursday 8 June: 9am-3pm
Friday 9 June: 9am-3pm

After 9 June:

On Tuesday June 13, all valuables will be handed over to East Jutland Police’s Lost and Found office in Aarhus.

NorthSide will store all other lost property (clothing, etc.) up to and including July 4. It is then donated to non-profit or charitable purposes. You can contact NorthSide via info@northside.dk or on Facebook/Messenger/Instagram.
