Orkestr Partisanski is a 10-piece ensemble sporting tall fur hats and military boots, playing a style best described as Soviet Balkan rock. Their rhythms force the crowd onto the dance floor, and any notion of authenticity is clearly left behind.

The songs are delivered in a broken Danish-Russian accent, and the lyrics revolve around an imagined Soviet Union where everyone enjoys life under non-authoritarian communism. So dust off your dancing shoes and get ready for kozachok dancing and plenty of vodka when Orkestr Partisanski hits the stage twice at Northside 2026!
