Safety

It is not allowed to bring tape recorders, camcorders or professional photo cameras. Professional audio and video recording is not permitted. Only small digital video cameras (pocket size) and cell phones are allowed on the site. SLR Cameras are not allowed. If you want to photograph for media purposes, you are welcome to apply for accreditation. We do not allow cameras to individuals because of restrictions from international artists, as it is disruptive to our audience with too many cameras during the concerts.

At the festival site

If you lost something at NorthSide and it was dropped off at ‘lost & found’, we will do everything to take good care of it.

During NorthSide everything lost and found has to be handed in/picked up at the Information placed at the two entrances and near the bicycle parking.

After NorthSide from Sunday June 4 to Tuesday June 8 at about 12.00 PM all lost and found can be picked up at the Site Office (between the Information and the ECHO stage). If you arrive by car, you can go via Marselis Boulevard and Åhavevej – there will be signs at Åhavevej telling you where to go (opening hours June 4 and 5: approx. 11 AM – 6 PM).

Tuesday June 6 all lost and found will be moved to our main office which can be contacted here. Describe in detail what you are missing, then we will look for it and get back to you.

We will keep all lost and found until June 15. After this date, we will hand over everything of value (wallets, phones, keys, cash, jewelry, bags etc.) to the police in Aarhus. All forms of clothing will be donated to charitable purposes after June 15th.
