The Chemical Brothers will be closing the main stage on Friday June 2nd bringing their pioneering break beat style to Aarhus – a style that revolutionized the 90s, bridging the gap between the world of electronic music and the rock scene.
The British duo, consisting of Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons, made waves with their second record Dig Your Own Hole from 1997, and since then released another seven records – the latest being the critically acclaimed No Geography released in 2019.
A new single titled “The Darkness That You Fear” landed in 2021, and they’ve already teased that lots is planned for 2023 which marks their 30th year as a band.
With more than 12 million sold records and six GRAMMY-awards under their belt, The Chemical Brothers are inarguably one of the biggest and most influential electronic acts of all times.
