For over three decades, Buda has been part of shaping the sound of not only the Danish, but the Scandinavian electronic music scene – especially through his iconic duo Lulu Rouge that he formed with DJ T.O.M.
Buda first fell in love with DJ’ing in the 80s when the hip hop and reggae scene was blooming. He moved to New York and got his first ever residency at the legendary club The Haunt in the early 90s.
When he moved back to Denmark in the late 90’s, he went on to form the dub crew Banzai Republic and also released several memorable tracks through Kenneth Bager’s iconic Music For Dreams label.
DJ Buda is constantly expanding his playing field when it comes to genres and besides from dub, he’s also built up a strong reputation within the tech house scene.
